-Established and managed Global Sustainability Policy and successfully negotiated policy relationships between the Icelandic Ministry of Fisheries and the United Nation’s Ministry of Fisheries. Work included relationship building direct to policy work with 3rd party certification groups and NGO’s.

-Led the foodservice sales team into becoming a national snack supply partner to McDonald. Other responsibilities included national sales leader responsible for managing relationships at Aramark, Compass Group NA, Sodexo, Foodbuy, Entegra, Avendra, & Premier.
